Uninsulated and fire-insulated steel profiles

In SP 300 we have three systems: SP 35000, SP 55000 and SP 75000. The steel profiles are intended for door, sliding door, wall and window partitions and are made of untreated, galvanized or stainless steel. Gasket track for weather stripping when joining to doors and windows produce smooth internal and external surfaces. Glazing beads are supplied in galvanized or stainless steel, have a concealed fixation and come in different widths to fit different glass thicknesses.

Steel profile system SP 300 is also available in acid resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (ASTM 316L, SS 2348). This also applies to SP 500 and SP 700.

SP 35000 / SP 95000

• Fire-resistance class up to E 120 – EW 120 – (With special restrictions according to type approval certificate EI 60.)
• Sliding door fire-resistance class: E 30/EI 30
• Burglar-resistance class: RC2 enligt SS EN 1627
• Fire gas tightness: S_a, S₂₀₀

SP 55000 / SP 955000

• Burglar-resistance class: RC2 enligt SS EN 1627
• Bullet-resistance class
• Fire gas tightness: S_a, S₂₀₀

SP 75000 / SP 975000

• Fire-resistance class up to E 120 – EW 60 – (With special restrictions according to type approval certificate EI 60.)

• Sliding door fire-resistance class: E 30 – EI 30
• Burglar-resistance class: RC2 acc. to SS EN 1627
• Bullet-resistance class: FB6NS acc. to SS EN 1522
• Fire gas tightness: S_a, S₂₀₀

Threshold Options

Here you will find our various threshold options.

Fire-rated doors in combination with smoke tightness Sa can always be installed without a threshold, which is approved according to our type approvals. When there is a requirement for smoke tightness S200, a sealed threshold must be used. See which options that are approved.
