Park 49
Gothenburg
Downtown Gothenburg is home to the new office property Park49, which is owned by Balder AB. The construction is composed of a ten-story building flanked on either side by five-story wings, with two rooftop terraces inspired by the lush nature of the Garden Society of Gothenburg. In addition to offices, the building has a restaurant on the upper terrace. Sustainability, water, light and greenery were the project’s key words. Our steel profiles are surrounded by fire-and-burglary-rated partitions toward the elevator halls and stairwells in the garage and between each floor. The project has LEED Platinum certification.
